Teen Therapy in Princeton, NJ
If your teen is feeling burned out, emotionally overwhelmed, or struggling with motivation, therapy with me, a teen specialist and former school counselor, can help them regain confidence, resilience, and balance.
Princeton is home to some of the most prestigious schools, including Princeton High School, The Hun School, and Princeton Day School. While these institutions offer incredible opportunities, they also create immense pressure for teens to excel academically, socially, and in extracurricular activities. Many high-achieving teens struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and overwhelming stress.
My virtual therapy sessions provide a supportive space where teens can express their concerns, develop emotional regulation skills to handle frustration & perfectionism, and build confidence in handling challenges.
As a licensed therapist and former school counselor specializing in teen mental health, I understand the unique pressures Princeton teens face, and my approach is tailored to support their success while prioritizing mental well-being.
Investing in your teen’s mental health is one of the best decisions you can make for their future success and happiness.
