Teen Therapy in Montclair, NJ
If your teen is feeling emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with stress, or experiencing social anxiety, therapy with me, a teen specialist and former school counselor, can help them develop resilience and confidence.
Montclair is known for its diverse and academically rigorous schools, including Montclair High School and Montclair Kimberley Academy. While these schools offer great opportunities, they can also create stress and pressure for teens, leading to anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism.
My virtual therapy sessions provide a supportive space where teens can process their emotions, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies for academic and social challenges.
As a licensed therapist with a focus on teen mental health, I help Montclair teens navigate stress and emotional struggles while maintaining a strong sense of self-worth.
Investing in your teen’s mental health is one of the best decisions you can make for their future success and happiness.
