Teen Therapy in Ridgewood, NJ
If your teen is feeling anxious, unmotivated, or struggling with self-esteem, therapy with me, a teen specialist and former school counselor, can provide the tools they need to navigate these challenges and regain confidence.
Ridgewood is home to highly ranked schools such as Ridgewood High School, where students are often expected to perform at the highest level academically and socially. Many teens in Ridgewood experience anxiety, perfectionism, and pressure to succeed.
My virtual therapy sessions offer a safe and supportive space where teens can express their concerns, develop emotional regulation skills, and learn strategies to manage stress and self-doubt.
As a licensed therapist specializing in teen mental health, I tailor my approach to support Ridgewood teens in achieving their goals while maintaining their emotional well-being.
Investing in your teen’s mental health is one of the best decisions you can make for their future success and happiness.
