Teen Therapy in Short Hills, NJ
If your teen is feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, or experiencing burnout, therapy with me, a teen specialist and former school counselor, can help them regain confidence, resilience, and emotional balance.
Short Hills is known for its top-tier schools, including Millburn High School and private institutions like Pingry School. While these schools offer excellent academic opportunities, they can also create immense pressure for teens to excel, leading to stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt.
My virtual therapy sessions provide a supportive space where teens can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies for academic and social stress, and build confidence in handling life’s challenges.
As a licensed therapist with expertise in teen mental health, I understand the unique challenges Short Hills teens face. My approach is designed to support their success while prioritizing their emotional well-being.
Investing in your teen’s mental health is one of the best decisions you can make for their future success and happiness.
