  • Yes! While this is a group setting, there will be opportunities to ask personal questions about your own process, whether that’s about deadlines, applications, financial aid, or decision-making. The group will help you understand what the admissions process looks like, how to stay organized, and how to cope with the emotional side of it. You’ll receive timelines, checklists, and process overviews, but we won’t be editing your personal statements, creating application strategies, or providing individualized admissions advice like a counselor or coach. The focus is on your emotional well-being and managing the stress of this process. Think of this as a space to focus on your mental well-being and coping strategies while navigating this stressful time.

  • Yes! While the primary focus is on navigating the application process, we also address preparing emotionally and mentally for life after high school. This includes discussions about managing the uncertainty of waiting for decisions, dealing with rejection or acceptance outcomes, and building resilience for the transition to college life.
